PHARMA AERO

Unmanned aerial vehicles, also called drones, are now an established trend in the aerospace industry.

Just a few years ago these vehicles were considered toys, but now they dominate markets such as aerial imaging.

We now see this trend evolving towards cargo space.

In the first phase of this project, our client pointed out that the lack of infrastructure is a major challenge in our area, and that drones are the ideal tool to overcome this challenge.

3.4 BILLION PEOPLE RESIDE IN RURAL AREAS.

The need for rural access to reliable health services is growing.

Cargo drones have the potential to provide low-cost, safe and just-in-time delivery in hard-to-reach areas.

These aspects are ideal for the delivery of medical products for both routine public health needs and humanitarian emergency preparedness and response.

For logistics operators, these new vehicles will bring significant cost savings, reducing dependence on labor and infrastructure.

In the longer term, drones will also represent a paradigm shift.

Soon they will be able to blur the lines between the first, middle and last mile, reaching remote areas directly from large warehouses and even crossing territorial boundaries.

We are delighted to be involved in this project that is raising awareness of drones and enabling the industry to prepare for this revolution.

We have prepared four interactive experiences for you to learn about the main aspects of unmanned aerial systems.

You will first visit a drone development lab and see what are the main technologies involved in the manufacturing of a drone.

Afterwards, you will learn about the different shapes and sizes of drones and which one is the most suitable for each use.

You will visit a hangar to understand how operators use drones.

Finally, you will see how UAV missions are planned and approved by aviation authorities.

This interactive experience is part of a larger project that will culminate in a pilot logistics operation in Africa.
