Microsoft Hololens glasses. Augmented reality without limits
Microsoft HoloLens Augmented Reality Glasses
Microsoft HoloLens augmented reality glasses are a wireless viewer that integrates the Windows 10 operating system. It is a device designed to exploit the capabilities of the Windows Holographic system. The lenses use advanced sensors, a high-definition 3D optical display and a spatial sound system that offers the user the possibility of enjoying Augmented Reality applications through a new holographic interface, which can be interacted with by means of eye gaze, voice or hand gestures.
Among the various sensor types used by HoloLens is an energy-efficient depth camera with a 120° x 120° field of view. Among all the functionalities enabled by the sensors, the possibility of head-tracking, video capture and sound capture stand out. In addition to a high-end CPU and GPU, HoloLens also incorporates a Holographic Processing Unit (HPU), a coprocessor that integrates data from different sensors and enables actions such as environment mapping, gesture recognition and voice recognition.
